HI THERE
I’m Clémence
My career has been shaped by movement, complexity and growth.
With 15 years of experience across six countries, including close to a decade in the GCC, I have operated in environments where performance, precision and accountability were non-negotiable.
Across industries and geographies, one pattern kept emerging:
Growth becomes fragile when too much depends on the founder. Vision drives momentum, but structure sustains it.
This is the work I do today.
I partner with founders as a Fractional COO, helping transform speed into stability, chaos into clarity, and hard work into repeatable performance.
I bring calm inside fast-moving environments.
I build operating systems that hold.
And I help businesses grow without exhausting the people behind them.
I began my career in international finance, supporting high-caliber clients in very demanding contexts. But my most formative business experience came far from any boardroom.
During maternity leave in rural Tuscany, most people would rest. I built a business. My husband and I launched our family’s olive oil and wine venture from scratch — no infrastructure, no playbook, just land and determination.
I learned more about operations in that Tuscan farmhouse than in any boardroom: how to build from zero, how to make things work when nothing exists yet, how to think like both strategist and executor. That chapter confirmed what I had always felt: I’m an operator at heart.
I’m also a mother, and neurodiversity is part of our family story. It deeply shaped how I understand people, pressure, and systems.
I’ve learned that structures don’t restrict people — they support them.
That perspective influences the way I design operations and lead change.
