Frequently Asked Quesetions
Is The Partnership the right fit for my business?
The Partnership is built for founders and CEOs of established businesses with a minimum of two team members and six to seven-figure revenue.
It’s a strong fit if:
- You need senior operational leadership without committing to a full-time COO
- Strategy is clear, but execution lacks structure and traction
- You want priorities, ownership and accountability embedded across the business
- You’re ready to scale with discipline, not stress
In-person sessions can be arranged where relevant.
How does The Partnership work?
Engagements start from 3 months, with a minimum commitment of 20 hours per month. The exact rhythm will be defined together based on your priorities.
Each partnership is formalised through a contract that outlines scope, time allocation and ways of working.
What does working together actually look like?
We begin with a thorough operational audit of your business to gain a complete understanding of your business model, team dynamics and operational landscape. During this phase, we clarify priorities, define success metrics, establish clear KPIs and bring visibility to the financial drivers behind your performance.
From there, I integrate directly into your business - working hand-in-hand with you and your team as part of the company. I’m introduced to key team members, involved in day-to-day operations where and when it matters, and take an active role in translating strategy into execution.
My work combines strategic oversight with hands-on implementation to ensure that systems, structure, leadership and financial visibility stay fully aligned as the business grows.
Each quarter, we define the key priorities for the next three months and translate them into a clear, actionable plan, supported by measurable KPIs and transparent performance tracking.
We work with focus and accountability to deliver tangible results, whether that means streamlining workflows, designing or refining systems, aligning your team, strengthening leadership visibility, integrating AI and no-code automation, improving financial reporting or establishing the operational rhythms that keep everything running smoothly.
Every cycle is built around clarity and measurable outcomes, supported by regular leadership calls, focused working time and dedicated space to step back and work on the business, not just in it.
What areas can we focus on during the partnership?
Every business is different, but the goal is always the same: to create structure, efficiency and confidence in how you operate and lead your business.
The exact focus evolves as the business grows, but typically includes:
- Strategic and operational planning
- Team management, team structure, hiring decisions and accountability
- Systems, workflows and automation
- Metrics, dashboards, financial visibility and decision support
- Launch preparation & execution
- Scaling strategy and operational readiness for the next stage
- CEO focus, delegation and leadership rhythm
The goal is always the same: to build the structure, visibility and leadership capacity required to support the level of growth you expect.
Who executes the work, you or my team?
I strategise and lead the work, but I do not replace your team. My role as Fractional COO is to define priorities, design the operating structure, select the right systems and allocate clear ownership.
